1. About Hassel and these Terms

Hassel provides online tools for property owners and managers to organize properties, units, tenants, leases, payments, invoices, maintenance requests, and related communications. These Terms apply when you access or use the Hassel website or platform.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Hassel for a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and access

• Use Hassel to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or misuse personal data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or make the service available to others except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
• Use automated means to overload, probe, scrape, or disrupt Hassel, or introduce malware or harmful code.

5. Plans, prices, and payment

Hassel may describe plans and indicative prices on its website. The plan, included capacity, fees, billing period, taxes, and payment arrangements that apply to your account will be those presented in the applicable offer or separately agreed with you. 6. Hassel's service and intellectual property

7. Customer content and platform outputs

You retain your rights in information and files you submit. You give Hassel permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring its use through Hassel is permitted.

Automated or AI-assisted responses are provided to support your work and may be incomplete or incorrect. Their availability and operation may affect related Hassel features, and Hassel is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

We aim to keep Hassel available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, outages, security events, or third-party issues may temporarily affect the service.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to protect the service or its users, address a security or legal concern, or respond to a material breach of these Terms.
